Subzero

Visiting my home country over the holidays. The climate in the
pacific northwest is fantastic and pleasant throughout the year,
but I must admit that I imss the subzero temperatures my home
country gets in winter. Freezing cold makes the inside more cozy.
A walk in the crisp and cold feels animating. Deep thoughts have
more meaning in bad weahter.

It's good to be here and see all the loved familiar faces. I'm
staying at my fiancee's new appartment, it's quite tiny but bright
and furnished nicely. I'm looking forward to moving into our own
shared space after my postdoc.
