Its hard knowing without the rest of us the upper echelons of society would have nothing more than us regular people struggling to live. The regular people, the poor, the 99.9% of the people, provide the wealth to the .1%, but its hard to understand how it happens. Why is it impossible to uplift those who make the .1% so comfortable. The Aristocrats, Kings, Queens, Royalty, Wealthy, have the best food, best culture, best traditions, best living, greatest access to everything on this earth. Even people are accessible to them, and we've witnessed their use of people in the most inhuman ways, and still they're untouchable by all. See the regular people, the poor people have nothing to have traditions about. Sure might call the ranks of soldiers battling in the streets for survival by killing, maiming, abusing, and exploiting each other some form of tradition. Maybe sitting around a space heater on Christmas opening a box of cookies mom or dad brought home from work, collected off the discard pile. Nothing compared to the hunt on the manor by a person who can't see the border of their land that the poor protect for them. The individuals connected to the .1% are living their best lives although just servants, but in the quarters that aren't even in the dreams of the regular people. Quarters of clean air, clean water, serenity, clean food, real food. We regulars can't even imagine what it is to be a servant directly serving the .1%. The scraps that fall from their tables are the likes of goodness we've never tasted and only dream about existing in the heavens. Peter Thiel has a home in New Zealand, as well as citizenship in the country. It took him two days to obtain New Zealand citizenship. Others wait years to become a citizen. Even the laws of countries don't apply to the .1%. I was born as a servant, and I have no hope in ascending, and little hope of an afterlife without suffering. I find it interesting the religions often have someone from upper society as deity to worship where morals and rules that don't apply to those who have a living heaven all around them ignore, while those who service that heaven if they are good enough have a chance to escape suffering in death for all eternity. Look at the story of Buddha, a prince who escaped the palace of riches and opulence to discover the nature of suffering, then becoming a deity for those suffering, living hard lives, to follow his path of better suffering. One of the rules in that religion not to kill, somehow reduces their suffering handed to them by their captors, and masters, by the offspring of highest echelons of society. The money game is certainly a system of oppression, for the idea of interest (return on investment) allows those with money to remove the money from everyone else, and then remove any value of the money anyone else might try to save, while those with zillions purchase all the real resources, and make laws to protect their resources (land), with ideas their laws are for everyone. It just so happens its impossible for those without the resources to ever have anything due to those same laws. Sure there is a chance, but a snow balls chance is hell is what we are seeing from the outcome of most peoples lives. I mean how on earth of all the land of the earth is owned and not in equal portions or resource imbued, is someone who doesn't own land supposed to buy it when the land itself provides the resources generating wealth, and protection? Its all very difficult to reconcile, why it works the way it does. Why wouldn't nihilism be on the rise when one comes to these silly conclusions? "Try to get some sleep, and don't let the rich people still your sleep too." she said.
