subj: twins are smiling.

The twins are starting to smile more. Its not those smiles right
before they take a crap, or go to sleep. These are smiles at
things we are doing or things they are seeing. They get happy
about things. 

My babies get happy when they see the pictures above their
changing table. Its so nice to see their joy at things they seem
to like. When I bring them into their room they look all around
as we walk from the living room to their room. They see they are
going into their place and I lay one of them down on the table
and smiles appear as they look at the picture of the solar
system. 

Sometimes one of us will smile at them and they look at us and
smile. Its pretty amazing. For months its mostly been straight
faces or crying, or just grump faces. Still that is mostly want
it is, but less than before. They look so wonderful with their
happiness. It truly is their happiness. For them it often only
lasts a moment but I really like to be part of those moments.
