subj: baby boy a walker

Lately my boy has been a grump. He's whining a lot, and crying
out all the time. He shuffles around on his knees and says
"ahhhh! ahhhhhhhh!" He's been expressing a sad concerned face.
If I walk towards him he shuffles on his knees to me and says
"ahhhh!" then looks up at me and puts his hands up. So sometimes
I pick him up. Then all is good for awhile. This has been going
on a couple weeks now. Some days is worse, and some days there
are certain times when its a lot worse. Today was no exception,
except the exception. 

Dinner, dino nuggets (chicken), and macaroni and cheese surprise
which consist of two boxes of mac and cheese, one pound of
ground turkey, a pack of pees, and this time some corn, all
mixed up. Our daughter was falling asleep, and I played where's
my goodies! This got my son pretty excited. Although earlier mom
got him going pretty well, which helps him start eating, instead
of throwing food or just spitting out food. Back to where's my
goodies, was starting to wear off a bit, so I decided to clean
him and his sister up, wipe their hands and face, and clothes of
all food. I put them down and like normal they started playing.
After a meal they get happy and energized to play. Our daughter
went to go read books and make music, and our son decided it was
time to move the highchair. 

He moved the high chair, then turned and just started walking
form the highchair to the window ledge. Mom was ecstatic, so was
our son. He was so happy about walking. We thought he had given
up because a couple weeks ago he fell, and hit his head. We were
wrong, because after he walked to mom, he turned and walked
back! While he was walking he had a huge grin on his face.  He
did it over and over again, enough times for mom to capture him
walking on video. We were super excited and praised him for
being a walker. He was so happy with himself, and decided to
walk further, as well as make some turns while walking from the
window to the coffee table next to the TV, and then back. 

What an awesome day. I wonder if he has been upset for two weeks
because he wanted to walk but was scared.
