Voters are not apathetic. It's just that all the choices offered to them 
are pointless, and not worthy of a vote.

The current White House resident had the support of only 25% of the 
electorate, according to the official tally. So did his opponent.

If that's "democracy" it certainly isn't a very healthy one.
