They deserve the same rights. You want children? Raise them,
and let your partner's career bloom.
Oh, wait, strogens and testosterone mainly drive men 
and women behaviours. Right. But as a man, I am no hunter-gatherer,
I am no conqueror, warrior, or beast-slayer.
I'm a  thinkerer, and tons of women did the same. We evolved.
If you want, keeep your careless animal status forever.
Meanwhile, Math and Lisp put me (and geek women) in a superior
place.

On jobs, end the bullshit. My ATOM n270 netbook can emulate 
several 60's computers in parallel. The raw power it's 
astounding, faster than cray supercomputers from the 80's.
A single worker can produce up to 100x more than 40 years
ago in a single *hour*. Where are our wages? Oh, right,
let's not talk about this, on how CEO's earn 100x more
than me basically doing nothing compared to CS engineers
or IT technicians. Pay them more. Enable parenting related
free days. Enforce remote work via computers.
Then anyone could rise a baby/toddler at home without
driving him/her mad.
