I woke up in the middle of the night with inspiration to make me get off my ass

Light shines through my window
to make me awake.
It says nothing, it stirs
me silently.

I move myself slowly to open my eyes
and sometimes I close them again.
but I know if I don't wake up now
time will pass me by.  
(so, I need to get up)
