The super-calendar program was contributed by Brigham Young University
and gives various coices of yearly or monthly calendars for either
terminal output or lineprinter output.

        To run SUPCAL, the best way is to first add "GAM:" to your
search path by typing:

        .R SETSRC
        *LIB:[5,30]
        *^C
        .

then run by typing:

        .RUN GAM:SUPCAL

Pictures should be printed at 8 lines/inch, and any picture which was
intended be "over-printed" on the printer will not be such, but won't look
too bad.

Use all UPPER CASE LETTERS in your responses to SUPCAL questions.
