Okay,

    There are three files: X11bin.tar.Z, X11lib.tar.Z, and X11incl.tar.Z

Create these directories:

/usr/local/bin/X11
/usr/lib/X11
/usr/include/X11

Unpack the files in their respective directories and there you go!
