NOTICE: I didn't include "distributions" like DoomEmacs, and I don't care much about variants like vim/gvim. Having "vi" or "emacs" keybindings doesn't make an editor/IDE suitable for the list either.
NOTICE: The list includes *only editors I used* for some time (longer than "I used X for 3 days, and I cannot go back" kind of use), and I didn't hate any of them.

Most of them are available online, either in source or binary form (or both).
