Short: Fast Piccolo 832x624x256 Video Driver for Emplant.

Legal mush - I assume no responsibility for any damage you do to yourself, your
computer, your emplant, or the entire world. This is provided as is with no
guarantees, etc, and is simply provided for those who might need it.

The Piccolo 832x624 driver:

1>	Use the EGS Monitor Tweak to create a video mode "VGA 832x624". The
Mac likes this mode (and doesn't like 800x600, I hear, something ab-
out divisions of this or that). Make it perfect for your monitor..
The enclosed driver, (and the others) are hard-coded for "VGA ...x..."
so make sure you don't have a monitor name or something in there (I
couldn't get the Piccolo to work with the emplant at all when I first
got it because my monitor name was 'Idek VGA 640x480').

2>	Load emplant, select the driver. Viola, Fast 256 color 832x624. I
have been using this extensively for days without a lick of trouble.
My speedometer ratings were 2.08 for Piccolo in 640x480, 2.05 for the
	832x624 mode.

3>	Spectrum users simply need to hack the occurances of Picoa: to what-
ever it is you guys use - I'm told it should work fine, though I
have no spectrum to try it on.

Emplant and these video drivers are all copyright (c) 1993 Jim Drew and
Utilities Unlimited. I simply did this as I had a desperate need for this
video mode, and friends told me to post it for everyone, so enjoy...
