       This is an alternate SETUP program for Windows 3.1 which can
       run in an OS/2 VDM.  This allows OS/2 for Windows (or Warp)
       users to install OS/2 on an HPFS system, then install Windows
       from within OS/2 to get Win-OS/2 support.
