 V1.4 IMPROVEMENT:

Bug fixed in the new "report file" feature added to V1.3. If there
is nothing to report when this feature is active, a false report error
message is displayed (also keeps repeating). Note: This occurs in Dos
"prompt", but not Dos mode.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
 V1.3 IMPROVEMENT:

  NEW FEATURE, REPORT FILE OPTION:

This feature will allow you to create a report file/s of the results (new,
missing, or changed files), which can be useful to track changes over time.
Please see "FCL.TXT" for details.

  MISCELLANEOUS:

   A minor enhancement was made.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
 V1.2 IMPROVEMENT:

   TWO BUGS FIXED:

If a "parent" directory/folder is removed or renamed after creating a list
(file), FCL can not go to that "listed" location. Therefore, FCL falsely
reports files as new, missing, etc. relative to it's current location. That
bug has been fixed.

A situation can occur in which a false (doesn't exist) "new" file may be
reported. Example: The following two files exists in the "WINDOWS\SYSTEM"
location, "RHSICOMM.DRV" and "COMM.DRV" at the time a list file was created.
Later, "COMM.DRV" is deleted. Afterwards, FCL reports "RHSI" (doesn't exist)
as a "new" file. That bug has been fixed.

   ENHANCEMENTS:

Now you can see the name of the list file at the title screen.

After each action, the color of the action command letter will change from
white to yellow.
