This is GN version 2.25. Fairly extensive documentation is in the docs
directory. I recommend that you at least skim the document "Install"
in that directory. It explains how to compile GN, but more
importantly how to use it. Before compiling you will need to copy
"config.h.orig" to "config.h" and edit the file "config.h" to put
in appropriate values of things like your Operating System type and
your server root directory. You will also need to edit the Makefile.

Unfortunately, I do not have time to answer all the questions sent
to me by GN users. So please make sure you RTFM first, i will not
reply to FAQ-contents, unless I have time to do so.
which is very unlikely.

This software was originally developed by

John Franks Dept of Math. Northwestern University
		john@math.nwu.edu

and I want to thank him for the good work,
and letting me continue it.

Currently I (Stefan Koerner) am the maintainer and developer
involved in GN, if you are looking for a good webserver,
do not use GN for now - John has a great webserver called WN,
which is avialable at http://hopf.math.nwu.edu, which was
also the site containing the original GN source.
