                Binary Clock Version 2 (BCLK10), RegNet # 1150

Overview:

BCLK10 is a binary clock program. The computer's current system time
is displayed on the screen in standard binary form. The time may also
be displayed in binary coded decimal (BCD) form. An animated help screen
   is available for each display.

This Binary Clock program is intended as:
    - an educational tool for teaching the binary (base two) system of
      numbers
    - a high tech clock
    - an attractive conversation piece

The time -- hours, minutes and seconds -- is displayed in binary form
with a vertical bar representing each bit. A gray vertical bar
represents a zero and a vertical bar of any other color represents a
one. The hours are in red, minutes in green and the seconds in blue.

A computer capable of displaying a color screen is required.

   keyboard controls:
Press <Esc> to exit from the program
< B > to switch between binary and binary coded decimal
< H > to switch between help screen and time display
< S > to switch between sound off and sound on
<any other key> to switch between title screen and main program

Under Windows 95 it may be necessary to press the ALT+Enter key
combination to display the program using the full screen.

This is an abbreviated description of the Binary Clock program. Upon
registration of this software, as explained below, you will receive
   an additional text file featuring:

    - a concise tutorial on the binary system of numbers
