Hi there!

In case you were all geared up to read some very technical users
manual, well... sorry, I'm going to make this quick and easy.

To get quick help, just run DELEX with no parameters!

NOTE: After you become familiar with DELEX use should begin to
use the /d or /D parameters. (Its quicker, but you may delete something
that you didn't mean too). If you are scared by that last sentence just
stick with the /a or /A parameters or type carefully!

I wrote the code for DELEX.EXE because I constantly download
files from BBSs and Internet. These WERE the steps I took to try out my
downloads:

  1. I first placed the file in a 'temp' directory.
  2. Then, I uncompressed the file.
  3. After I tried the program out, I was left with tons of files
      in the directory.
  4. How could I delete all the files in the directory and save
the compressed file(.zip, .arj, etc.) at the same time??

Now I know you could play with the archive bit of the files you
want to save, and delete the unwanted files...or pop into your favorite
file manager, but why???

DELEX.EXE will delete all the files in the current directory
except those you specifically pass on the command line.

All DOS wildcards are supported. If you try this program, you
will instantly find a use for it. "Real men use DOS!" Little progs
like this will keep our 'environment' alive!!!

P.S. -- I have to let you in on the legal stuff. I am in no way
responsible for any damage caused by the use of DELEX.EXE. This
includes damage to hardware and software.
The DELEX1.ZIP file contains this file(DELEXDOC.TXT) and the
DELEX.EXE executable. Please to not tamper with either of these files!
If you do, well... I'm not responsible!!
