SIRIUS PUBLISHING'S LATEST CD-ROM OFFERING RANKED NO. 1 SOFTWARE PUBLISHER
RETAINS DOMINANCE IN MULTIPACK MARKET

(Scottsdale, AZ) August 7, 1995 -- Software Publisher Sirius Publishing,
Inc., maker of the 5-Ft. 10-Pak brand of multipack for CD-ROMs, once again
established itself as an industry leader with its latest release, the
5-Ft. 10-Pak Special Edition.

Ranked No. 1 in CD-ROM multipack sales according to the most recent report
from market researcher PC Data, the Special Edition is one of three Sirius
multipack titles to occupy top-10 positions. The 3-Ft. 6-Pak for Kids,
released last November, is currently ranked No. 3 and the 5-Ft. 10-Pak
Volume Two, released last September, is No. 9.

"We were the first company to introduce the CD-ROM multipack concept in the
spring of 1994. One year later, there were more than l 00 multipack titles
in the marketplace, and yet our titles continue to be the best-selling
multipacks on the market," said Sirius President and CEO Richard Gnant.
"This latest ranking is a testimonial from an audience that believes we
still offer the best quality and value despite stiff competition."

PC Data is a leading supplier of market research from software retailers,
distributors, and mail-order companies. Its latest report covers CD-ROM
sales for June l 995. The Special Edition was ranked No. 2 for May, the
pack's first month on the market.

Sirius licensed and marketed the cooperative effort behind the 10-Pak, a
five-foot-long collection of 10 full-version, best-selling CDs from top
publishers that retails for $39.95. It also includes special discount
coupons as further incentive to users to consider other titles by the
participating publishers. The goal of the promotion is to acquaint new and
current CD-ROM users with the potential of the medium and boost overall
consumer interest in multimedia products.

Sirius' multipacks have all been consistent best-sellers and each includes
a broad representation of multimedia titles: reference, edutainment,
personal productivity, and games. The 5-Ft. 10-Pak Special Edition
includes:

"Beyond Planet Earth" by The Discovery Channel
"Multimedia Mozart" by Microsoft
"Hell Cab" by Time Warner
"PhotoMorph & Conversion Artist" by Andover Advanced Technologies
"Sports Illustrated 1994 Multimedia Sports Almanac"
 by Star Press Multimedia
"Who Shot Johnny Rock?" by American Laser Games
"PrintMaster Gold" by MicroLogic
"Corridor 7" by Capstone
"National Parks of America" by Multicom
"Sing-Along Kids 2" by Sirius Publishing.

The minimum computer system requirements for the 10-Paks are: MPC Level I;
386SX/20 or higher processor, hard drive, 4 MB of memory, and SVGA
display. In addition, MS-DOS or PC-DOS version 3.1 or later, Microsoft
Windows version 3.1, as well as an MPC-compliant CD-ROM drive and sound
card (SoundBlaster Pro or equivalent).

Sirius soon plans to release its next CD-ROM offering, the 5-ft. 10-Pak
Collectors Edition, as well as a collection of titles for the Macintosh.
Within 90 days Sirius Publishing's newly formed division, Sirius
Entertainment, Inc. will release its own CDROM title called "Treasure
Quest." The game is being touted as an "interactive multimedia mystery"
that carries with it an unprecedented $1-million cash prize to the
winner.
