New Smart Agent to Enhance Online Information Retrieval

NORCROSS, Georgia, August 8, 1995 -- Magee Enterprises, Inc. announced
today the introduction of Rosebud, an automated program for use in
filtering and retrieving news, financial, sports, weather and email
information. Designed for the busy professional, Rosebud delivers all the
information that meets user-selected criteria.

Rosebud is the way to stay informed about companies, competitors,
industries and markets. Government, political and current event
information is filtered and reported according to the user's interests.
Rosebud makes it easy to follow sports teams, leagues and conferences.
Weather, for one or more geographic area, can be tracked. With Rosebud,
all of this emerging information is reported in useful, customized
reports, charts and maps and can be stored to build historical databases.

Rosebud also allows for "red-flagging" of critical events, like the price
of a stock changing 10% in two hours, and alerts you to this event.
Rosebud becomes a personal information assistant, making you aware of
truly time critical information.

Rosebud provides flexible scheduling of retrievals, 24 hours a day, as
often as the users wants. The program operates unattended, in the
background, so the computer can be used for other tasks. The program saves
online connect charges due to automated and smart searches.

A pager module, due to ship in October, allows critical information to be
forwarded to any alpha numeric paging device. This means instant access to
stock price changes, news headlines, weather reports, sports scores and
email.

Rosebud gathers its information from sources available on CompuServe
including Associated Press, Reuters, PR Newswire, AccuWeather, United
Press International, Businesswire, syndicated columns and many others.
Stock information is based on a 15 minute delayed feed from the major
markets. Rosebud also provides connectivity to all email services
accessible through CompuServe including CompuServe Mail, Internet,
MCIMail, AOL, Prodigy, NiftyServe and MHS email systems.

Rosebud requires Windows 3.1 or later and a CompuServe membership. The
program is Windows NT and Windows 95 compatible and WinSock compliant.

Rosebud is being offered at a limited special introductory price of $39.95.
Suggested retail price is $69.95. The pager module will sell separately
for $25.00. A retail version of the program should be available in stores
by the end of 1995.
