Galacticomm and BSI Technologies to offer training in online technology

Ft. Lauderdale, FL -- August 8, 1995 -- Galacticomm, Inc. and BSI
Technologies, Inc. have teamed up to offer professional classroom or
on-site training to operators and users of Galacticomm's Worldgroup online
system/workgroup software. The classes cover everyth ng an organization
needs to learn to develop and run an interactive online service that can
be reached through modems, LAN, the Internet, X.25, and ISDN networks.
Galacticomm is a leading developer of online multi-user software and
hardware, and BSI is a value-added reseller for Galacticomm and other
software companies.

Classes are held monthly at BSI's corporate offices in Fort Lauderdale and
are designed to assist new users, teach system administrators how to get
their systems online, and provide detailed instruction on configuration
options and network administration.

Four courses are available: Introductory, Intermediate, Advanced, and
Internet Connectivity. The two-day Introductory course teaches basic
installation and configuration options, along with elementary modem
installation.

The three-day Intermediate seminar covers installation of multiport
hardware, serial links to other systems, advanced Menu Tree design,
CD-ROMs, and more. The two-day Advanced seminar teaches a system
administrator how to set up his system on a Novell network using BREQUEST
and B_ASSIST.

The class also discusses general troubleshooting and understanding of
Btrieve errors, MHS gateways, and other LAN-related options. The two-day
Internet Connectivity course covers connectivity between the Worldgroup
system and the Internet, developing a World-Wide Web site, and more.

BSI began offering training services in November 1993 and held its first
classroom seminar in May 1994. The classes have attracted students from
top-ranked corporations and government agencies, including the Veteran's
Administration, the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, The Pottsville Republican,
the U.S. Postal Service, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and more.

Worldgroup is client/server online software that can support well over 200
simultaneous users on a single DOS machine via modem, LAN and (optionally)
the Internet, X.25, and ISDN. The freely distributable client runs on the
user's PC under Windows and provides a multimedia graphical interface.
Worldgroup offers users e-mail, public message areas, polls, file
transfer, and conferencing.

With Galacticomm's Internet Connectivity Option (ICO), an organization can
launch its Worldgroup system on the Internet and provide a gateway to the
'Net for local callers with telnet, ftp, e-mail, news-groups, and more.
With ICO's Web server support, organizations can also have an Internet
home page.

Through its Network and Integration Services (NIS) division, Galacticomm
can assist organizations in planning and implementing Worldgroup systems
and Internet sites. NIS services include consulting, systems integration,
training programs, advanced support, and turnkey systems.
