ELK GROVE, Calif. -- August 3, 1995 -- Informant Communications Group, Inc.
has announced the company is publishing the first edition of Borland C++
Power Tools catalog. Borland C++ Power Tools is a catalog of third-party
products and services that complement Borland International's Borland
C++.

Borland C++ is the leading development tool for C++ programmers and we're
proud to be able to produce a catalog of complementary third-party add-on
products and services, said Mitchell Koulouris, president and CEO of
Informant Communications Group. We expect considerable interest from
third-party developers for Borland C++ Power Tools. Targeted at the
Borland C++ developer, Borland C++ Power Tools is independently produced
by Informant Communications Group and will be inserted in the current and
upcoming releases of Borland C++. Borland C++ Power Tools will contain
information on complementary third-party tools and services for Borland
C++. Borland C++ Power Tools is the third catalog in a growing line for
Informant Communications Group that includes Paradox Power Tools and
Delphi Power Tools.

Informant Communications has an excellent reputation for producing quality
third-party catalogs and technical magazines, said Richard Gorman, vice
president of Products at Borland International. We're extremely pleased
that ICG is producing Borland C++ Power Tools. For developers of add-on
tools for Borland C++, Borland C++ Power Tools is an excellent marketing
vehicle, one that every third-party developer will want to use, said Tamah
Swenson, director of Languages Marketing at Borland International. The
first edition of Borland C++ Power Tools is slated for release in mid
October 1995. Ad sales for the Winter 1995 Edition of Borland C++ Power
Tools have already begun. The deadline to secure space in the Winter 1995
edition of Borland C++ Power Tools is August 30, 1995. Because of the
popularity and great demand for Borland C++, Informant Communications
group plans to offer pages in the Power Tools catalog on a first-come,
first-served basis. Borland C++ has a long, proven track record as the
premiere C++ compiler, said Koulouris.
