HOWARD BUBB TO DELIVER THE SECOND-DAY NETWORKS EXPO KEYNOTE ADDRESS

Presentation by President and CEO of the Dialogic Corporation at Networks
Expo in Dallas, September 12-14, 1995 at the Dallas Convention Center

(Fort Lee, NJ, August 2) - Howard Bubb, president and CEO of Dialogic
Corporation, Parsippany, NJ, will deliver the second-day keynote address
at Networks Expo '95 in Dallas, September 12-14, 1995 at the Dallas
Convention Center. In his speech "Client/Server Computer Telephony," on
Wednesday, September 13, 1995 at 12:15 p.m., Mr. Bubb will explore how
computer telephony offers opportunities to improve customer service and
increase productivity.

By highlighting specific examples, Mr. Bubb will provide insight into the
choices available to businesses in choosing their telephony products. He
will discuss future developments in technologies and standards - such as
the Signal Computing Systems Architecture--that will support a new
generation of "client/server computer telephony" services. The resulting
open platforms will support multiple suppliers and will be capable of
integration with LAN-based services to respond to the communications needs
of businesses. Mr. Bubb will also explore how open platform computer
telephony servers will support applications developed to standard
protocols and examine services that network administrators can plan for in
the future.

In July 1991, Mr. Bubb joined Dialogic Corporation, the world's leading
supplier of PC-based computer telephony hardware and software platforms,
as an executive vice president. He was promoted to chief operating officer
in 1992, and to president and chief executive officer in 1993. Prior to
joining Dialogic, he was a senior vice president and general manager of
the Lexar Business Systems subsidiary, Telenova, where he managed the
growth of the business to $80 million in sales in 19 countries worldwide.

Mr. Bubb's address is the second keynote presentation at Networks Expo
Dallas, where industry leaders will present new solutions for gaining an
edge in computer networking Networks Expo Dallas will also feature several
value-added events that will combine technology with education on topics
ranging from messaging to wireless/mobile communications. Networks Expo
Dallas will feature an Internet Theater, sponsored by IBM Corp., located
in the center of the show floor with 35 terminals allowing participants to
cruise the information superhighway. Networks Expo Dallas will showcase
the NPA Hands-on Labs sponsored by the Network Professional Association
where leading network vendors will allow attendees to test the latest
networking and interoperability technologies.

In addition, Dialogic will sponsor a Computer Telephony Integration
Pavilion in conjunction with their business partners. The exhibit will
provide hardware and software "building blocks" for developing a wide
range of computer telephony applications. These products are used for
voice mail, interactive voice response, client-server applications,
audiotex, telemarketing, operator services and call center management
systems.

The Networks Expo Dallas and WINDOWS WORLD show floor will feature more
than 250 exhibitors including: American Power Conversion, AT&T,
Attachmate, Bay Networks, Cabletron, Cisco, Dell, Dialogic, Futurus,
Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Microsoft, Motorola, NetFrame, Network General,
Novell, Texas Instruments, Thomas-Conrad, Tricord and The Wollongong

COMDEX, Inc., will run concurrently with Networks Expo Dallas at the
Dallas Convention Center. At WINDOWS WORLD, attendees will be able to
evaluate Windows 95, Microsoft's MSN Online service as well as Windows NT
interoperability solutions.
