DECEMBER INTERACTIVE TO LAUNCH "CINEMAPOV" ON AMERICA ONLINE

GLENDALE, CA, August 16, 1995 -- December Interactive announced today that
it has launched a new motion picture, entertainment site called CinemaPOV
on America Online, Inc. (AOL). Specifically focused on movies, CinemaPOV
offers AOL members celebrity interviews, chat sessions with entertainment
professionals and special interest message boards. They also have plans to
create regularly scheduled events and weekly programs, such as "Cinema
Classics" and "The Wacky Wild Side." CinemaPOV offers AOL members a new
medium to exchange their experiences and opinions on a myriad of film
topics. With AOL's new web browser technology, a customized list of
cinema-related World Wide Web sites will also be available for members to
access specific movie content. CinemaPOV is located in AOL's Entertainment
channel and is available at keyword: CinemaPOV.

"One of the main goals for CinemaPOV is to grow it into a community of
members who enjoy having lively, intelligent and constructive
conversations about movies, whether you're a 'cineast,' a cinema devotee,
or just a movie fan," said December Interactive founder and president
Spence Bovee. "It's a gathering place or watering hole, if you will, for
movie enthusiasts."

Ted Leonsis, President, America Online Services, said, "The addition of
CinemaPOV further enhances an already strong and established entertainment
channel. We're excited about having this uniquely focused movie area and
the continued creative collaboration with December Interactive."

CinemaPOV is composed of four primary areas:

* CinemaWeb - using AOL's new World Wide Web Browser, CinemaWeb offers
direct, hot link access to movie related Web sites on the Internet.

* CinemaVox - messages boards broken down by subjects such as: Movies
(current movies in release), Genres (Drama, Action, Romance, etc.),
Videos, Celebrities (i.e. The Cast of Apollo 13 or Alicia Silverstone),
Technorama (technical Q&A with aspiring filmmakers, professionals, and
novices), Film Biz (topics broken down by the industry's disciplines), the
Deaf Arts Council (giving access to and information about this Hollywood
organization that brings the concerns of the deaf and hard of hearing
community to the attention of the entertainment industry and movie-going
public) and Movie Morality (which tackles head-on the topic of morality
and spiritual themes... sure to be a lively discussion area).

* CinemaSpeak - the CinemaPOV chat area.

* Casting - a pre-existing area on AOL's entertainment channel that is
being further developed and expanded.

Formed in 1994 by Bovee, the Glendale, CA-based December Interactive's goal
