3DO GAMES AND TWO-PLAYER GAMEGUN COMING IN SEPTEMBER FROM ALG

Gunslinger Collection features three favorite titles at a bargain price

August 17, 1995 -- Albuquerque, NM -- A host of new live-action 3DO games
and a new two-player GAMEGUN for the 3DO system are coming on the market
in September from American Laser Games (ALG). The new 3DO titles are Drug
Wars, The Last Bounty Hunter and The Gunslinger Collection, a 3-game
package which includes perennial favorites Mad Dog McCree, Mad Dog II: The
Lost Gold and Crime Patrol.

The two-player GAMEGUN, a brightly-colored light-reading plastic pistol
used in place of the 3DO game pad, will enable two people to compete
against each other within the same game. The two-player version of the
GAMEGUN for 3DO is similar to the original, with the addition of a "Y"
connector on the cable. This two-player feature will work with Mad Dog II:
The Lost Gold, Crime Patrol, Space Pirates, Drug Wars, The Last Bounty
Hunter and Shoot Out at Old Tucson. The two-player 3DO GAMEGUN, which can
also be used by one player, will have a median retail price of $59.95.

The Gunslinger Collection, scheduled for mid-September release, will have
three 3DO discs in one package with a median retail price of $34.95. The
bundling of Mad Dog McCree, Mad Dog II: The Lost Gold and Crime Patrol
brings together three of ALG's most popular live-action shooters at a
bargain price.

"We anticipate that The Gunslinger Collection and ALG's other new
live-action shooters will spur even greater player interest in our GAMEGUN
for 3DO, which is becoming more widely available this fall," said Jon
Leach, ALG's V.P. for Home Entertainment Sales & Marketing.

The three new live-action shooting games coming soon for 3DO from American
Laser Games are:

Drug Wars (early September)

Drug Wars involves the player in increasingly difficult encounters with the
henchmen of an evil drug lord and his destructive international cartel.
The player helps law enforcement officials fight small town traffickers,
big city criminals and drug runners on the border, finally taking on the
drug kingpin in his fortified laboratory.

The Last Bounty Hunter (late September)

The game player is "hired" by a military governor in the Old West to bring
in four cunning and deadly outlaws wrecking havoc throughout the
territory: Nasty Dan, Handsome Harry, El Loco and the Cactus Kid. Pursuit
of each bad guy takes the player through different settings and shoot-out
scenarios. Based on the order of outlaws the player pursues, selected
scenes change unpredictably in each game. Shoot Out At Old Tucson
(October)

The game play is set in and around Tucson of the Old West, and the player's
goal is to get from one end of the town to the other alive. Along the way,
an unpredictable collection of drifters, bad guys and sharp-shooters
appear to challenge the player's skill.
