April 20, 1995 -- ORINDA, CA -- Morph's Outpost on the Digital Frontier,
the first and only technical magazine for the developers of interactive
multimedia content, is pleased to announce that it has posted a profit for
first Quarter 1995. It is the first profitable quarter for the
two-year-old publication, who's irreverent and outspoken style has made it
the "must-read" for all professionals building the Information
Superhighway.

"We've turned the corner after a feisty, low-budget start-up period," said
Founding Publisher Craig LaGrow. "Our new, easier-to-read format has
introduced the magazine to a new audience on the newsstand, and we'll soon
be expanding our presence on the Info Highway."

Morph has been re-sized from a quarter-folded tabloid to a 8" x 10" glossy
format. The design has also morphed from its original "underground
newspaper" look.

Other recent announcements include dates for Art Teco ll, the second Annual
United Developers Festival, to be held at San Francisco's Fort Mason
Center, June 22, 23 & 24. Sponsored by Autodesk, Apple Multimedia Program,
Intel, and Macromedia, the three-day conference will bring together major
players in the multimedia industry and give attendees the opportunity to
interact and party with industry pioneers.

Morph OnLine, the company's BBS will be expanding to a World Wide Web (WWW)
site that multimedia developers can tap into for code, tips, and live
chats. Strategic alliances with major industry players will soon be
announced.

"We're ready to jump to the next level," said Doug Millison, founding
editor-in-chief of Morph's Outpost. "We have produced a magazine that
developers rely on to work better, smarter, and faster. We also have
connected with our readers via our on-line services on Apple's eWorld and
