The improved Group Scheduling Supports multiple workgroups and allows

and schedule resources.

The detailed Contact Management system lets Users create links and log
phone calls, faxes, letters, and other contact information quickly and
efficiently. Users can set timers for incoming and outgoing phone calls
through a new "Contact Monitor" window. A new "Contact History" window has
also been included.

The new Appointment Schedule interface makes it easier to schedule

alarms for a day. The Monthly view now lets users view any appointment as
far ahead as six weeks.

The Prioritized Daily Task List has an improved interface for managing
tasks and events. New pop-up menus simplify access to commands for
individual tasks. New ASCEND 5.0 Address and Phone views make it even
easier for Users to enter, alphabetize. categorize, and view all of their
address and telephone listings.
