DELPHI INTERNET SERVICES CORP. NAMES STUART ROHRER VICE PRESIDENT

News Corporation Company Recruits Another Seasoned Industry Veteran to
Design New Interface

CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS -- April 26, 1995 -- Delphi Internet Services
Corporation, one of the nation's largest online services and, since 1992,
a leading provider of complete Internet access, today named veteran online
producer Stuart Rohrer as Vice President, Service Design and Content
Architecture. This announcement -- which follows the appointments of
several other industry executives to key positions within the Company --
signifies Delphi Internet's commitment to building the strongest creative
team in the industry as it prepares for the launch of its new service
later this year.

Rohrer, who most recently produced one of America Online's largest content
areas, will design the "look and feel" of Delphi Internet's new and
expanded service. He will also spearhead the Company's effort to create a
seamless integration between the content and services delivered through
Delphi Internet's soon-to-be-released open, standards-based platform and
the vast resources available on the Internet and the World Wide Web.
Rohrer will report to Mark Benerofe, who was appointed Executive Vice
President and General Manager, Consumer Services, in February.

"Adding Stu to our team provides us with a rare industry veteran who has
been intimately involved in the online world for over a decade," said
Benerofe. "Since his days as online editor for the Washington Post in
1981, Stu has successfully designed and managed some of the most exciting
and original content areas in the online arena. His vast online experience
and innovative ideas will be invaluable as we continue in our efforts to
make Delphi Internet the most content-rich and user- friendly service in
the industry."

In addition to serving as Managing Producer of the ExpressNet travel area
in America Online, Rohrer was a producer/project manager for the Prodigy
Services Company and also served as a consulting producer for Golden
Branch Interactive Productions, an interactive design, production and
consulting firm in New York. Rohrer earned an M.B.A. from The University
of California, Los Angeles and a B.A. from Yale College.
