UniLink Moves Into Windows with TimeLink

JACKSON HOLE, WY (September 7, 1994) UniLink continues its tradition of
progressive breakthroughs in the accounting software industry. Recently,
UniLink announced the release of TimeLink for Windows, the prototype for
Windows versions of UniLink software.

In August, the DOS Version of TimeLink, an electronic time sheet, import,
and export utility, hit the market with astounding success. Now UniLink
clients can utilize all of TimeLink's noteworthy features while taking
full advantage of the Windows environment.

TimeLink for Dos and TimeLink for Windows fully integrate with TB*Plus
version 2 (professional time and billing) to provide amazing flexibility.
TimeLink allows the time keepers to enter their own time while maintaining
the utmost of security and integrity. Without going into TB*Plus itself,
time keepers may enter time daily, weekly, or monthly from individual
computers (with or without 8 network). These files are then merged into
TB*Plus by the system operator who has the option of reviewing transaction
entries prior to merging;

A built-in stopwatch can be used to time one's work efficiently and
accurately. Reports at both the central and remote locations are used to
verify data entry. The time keeper and system operator may communicate
with one another through "merge notes." Where security is a priority, the
system operator may activate a feature that limits users to their own time
sheets. In addition, TimeLink realizes the pressures of today's world by
allowing time entry into a future period before dosing the prior period in
TB*Plus version 2.

Information can be channeled in and out of TB*Plus through TimeLink's
import and export utilities. The import utility merges time and expense
entries from TimeLink and other time sheet programs. It also imports ASCII
files from popular database and spreadsheet programs. Likewise, selected
TB*Plus information can be exported to spreadsheet and database programs.

TimeLink for Windows is simple to use because it has the point and click
interface used in Windows products. It uses Windows standards and UniLink
function key standards when possible. It also allows time keepers to enter
time and expenses, but does not require knowledge of the TB*Plus billing
system.

TimeLink for Windows is now available to new users for $395 for use with
TB*Plus version 2 ($995-$1995). Existing Remote and Export users current
on their maintenance agreements will automatically receive TimeLink for
DOS as an update. Existing TimeLink for DOS users may then upgrade to
TimeLink for Windows for $100. All UniLink software includes a 90 day
money-back guarantee and 6 months of free telephone support and updates.
UniLink specializes in practice management and accounting modules for
accounting professionals as well as accounting modules for general
businesses.
