MCI Telecommunications Corp. Licenses Delrina WinFax PRO

World+s Leading Fax Software Now a Part of networkMCI

SAN JOSE, CA and TORONTO, ONT -- September 12, 1994 -- Delrina Corporation
(NASDAQ:DENAF; TSE:DC), the world's leading supplier of PC fax and forms
software for Microsoft Windows, today announced that MCI
Telecommunications Corporation has licensed Delrina's WinFax PRO, fax
communications software, as part of MCI's networkMCI product line. The
deal is the result of a strategic alliance relationship both companies
announced last fall.

MCI Telecommunications Corporation will market a special version of Delrina
WinFax PRO under its own private label, known as faxMCI, and available
later in October. As part of the relationship Delrina will continue to
enhance the software to respond to the needs of MCI Telecommunications
Corporation+s customers. faxMCI will be offered as part of networkMCI
which is being rolled out in a multi-million dollar promotional campaign
spanning North America.
