Apple, Quark Announce Professional Publishing Package For Power Macintosh

CUPERTINO, California--September 28, 1994--Building on both companies'
strengths in the area of high-end, professional publishing, Apple
Computer, Inc. and Quark, Inc. have announced a limited edition version of
the Power Macintosh  which will come bundled with QuarkXPress 3.3, a
leading professional publishing solution.  The package is based on the
Power Macintosh 8100/80 and is expected to become available in early
October.

The Power Macintosh/QuarkXPress bundle consists of a Power Macintosh
8100/80 with internal CD ROM drive, 16Mb of RAM and 1GB hard disk, and
QuarkXPress 3.3.  It is expected to be available through Apple authorized
resellers by early October, 1994.  Special pricing on this bundle is
available through January 2, 1995.  Pricing and availability may vary
