CYBERDRAW FOR AUTOCAD NOW SUPPORTS STEREOGRAPHICS CRYSTALEYES PC

Users Can Create, Edit, View and Render AutoCAD Drawings in True 3D in Real
Time in Stereoscopic Editing Package for AutoCAD

San Rafael, CA -- July 25, 1994 -- StereoGraphics Corporation, the world's
leading 3D enabler to the imaging market with stereo three-dimensional
electronic display equipment, announced that its CrystalEyes PC stereo 3D
viewing system for desktop PCs is now supported by CyberDraw from
Simsalabim Software, Berkeley, CA.

CyberDraw is a stereoscopic 3D editing package for AutoCAD version R12. In
combination with a conventional mouse, the easy-to-use, intuitive package
allows users to create, edit, view and render AutoCAD drawings in real
time in true 3D. CyberDraw also incorporates versions for both Windows and
DOS. The Windows version is ideal for large drawings, as it takes
advantage of the Windows virtual memory management system. The DOS version
is optimized for speed, with in-line machine code graphics routines
supporting resolutions up to 1024x768.

Wil Cochran, StereoGraphics' vice president of sales and marketing, said,
"Just as AutoCAD is the industry-standard CAD software, the combination of
CrystalEyes PC for desktop systems with CyberDraw is another milestone
towards the full acceptance of true 3D as the only way of doing CAD."

Max Tegmark, product development manager for Simsalabim, said, 'CyberDraw
now lets AutoCAD's 3D capabilities be fully utilized with CrystalEyes PC.
CrystalEyes PC was our first choice when it came to 3D eyewear for its
light weight and high resolution, flicker-free liquid crystal technology.
We are proud to be StereoGraphics' 3D partner.'

CrystalEyes PC makes three dimensional stereo viewing possible on
mainstream nonstereo-ready computers (using stereo-ready monitors). The
system includes the CrystalEyes lightweight, untethered eyewear and
combines stereo electronics and an infrared emitter into a single small
package which sits on top of the monitor. The product works with most
popular desktop system platforms.

CyberDraw features include true 3D click-and-drag editing and design of
lines, faces, polyface meshes, blocks and inserts using the Multipoint
Z-Mouse, which provides enhanced control through six degrees of freedom.
Users can move and rotate the drawings in real time. A powerful editor
boosts drawing capabilities through short cuts and macros.

CyberDraw's special point-to-point mapping function makes it easy to attach
one 3D solid to another. Also, the ability to record and play sessions
back allows creation of animated presentations.

Easy-to-use icons cut CyberDraw's learning curve to a minimum. Views can be
rendered instantly by simply clicking on the camera icon. New, 3D-specific
snap modes facilitate 3D pointing. In addition, the AutoCAD selection box
is replaced by a novel 3D selection block.

CyberDraw is available now through StereoGraphics and Simsalabim at a
suggested list price of $499, and includes both the Windows and DOS
versions. CyberDraw runs on PC-compatible 486 or Pentium systems, using a
2- or 3-button mouse. The DOS version requires an SVGA graphics card with
paging support for resolutions above 640x480. CrystalEyes PC is available
now at a suggested list price of $985.

Simsalabim Software is a Berkeley, California-based registered developer
for Autodesk, and a pioneer in the field of interactive 3D software. The
company's phone number is 510/644-3428.

CrystalEyes products are available with or for most major stereo-ready
workstations, personal computers, monitors and software programs.
Platforms include such major workstation OEMs as Silicon Graphics, Inc.,
Sun Microsystems, Digital Equipment Corp., Evans & Sutherland,
HewlettPackard, IBM and Kubota Graphics Corp. Personal computers include
IBM PC and compatibles, Macintosh, Power Mac and Power PC, and Amiga.
Stereo-ready monitors include NEC, Hitachi, Sony, Philips, Mitsubishi,
Radius and Rasterops. StereoGraphics markets domestically through OEMs and
resellers, and internationally through distributors in Europe and the Far
East, including Japan, Hong Kong and Korea, as well as the rest of the
world.

StereoGraphic patented CrystalEyes depth perception products utilize true
3D stereo to improve and dramatize viewing for a broad and diverse user
universe. CrystalEyes products provide high-resolution, realistic and
flicker-free stereo viewing for scientific visualization, animation,
medical imaging, surgical endoscopy, molecular modeling, computer games,
photogrammetry, location-based entertainment, motion simulation,
inspection systems, remote vehicle control, flight simulation, corporate
presentations and all types of education and training.

StereoGraphic Corp., founded in 1980, invented and developed the market for
modern stereo imaging hardware. Due to its capability, reasonable price
and state-of-the-art technology backed by 14 patents, CrystalEyes systems
are accepted as the industry standard for stereo viewing. StereoGraphics
