ARTISOFT OFFERS ADVANCED RESELLER TRAINING ON CORSTREAM DEDICATED SERVER

Engineers & Technology Trainers to Hold Sessions in 18 Cities Nationwide

(TUCSON, AZ--August 15, 1994)--Artisoft, Inc. announced today that it will
conduct nationwide training sessions to provide resellers with advanced
technical and sales instruction on its recently released CorStream
dedicated server. The training sessions will be Aug. 26, Aug. 30 and Sept.
1 in 18 cities across the United States. The training is $95 per person,
and will include a five-user version of the CorStream server as well as
other materials free or at reduced cost.

"Our resellers have asked us to provide them with a more in-depth level of
training on our first dedicated server solution," said Artisoft Vice
President of Marketing T. Paul Thomas. "Combined with the training, we
will give attendees a tremendous amount of value with course materials,
rebates and a free five-user version of the CorStream server. We believe
the resellers will come away with a much greater understanding of the
server, which should allow them to be more profitable in their
businesses," he added.

The training sessions will focus on the CorStream server, a
high-performance 32-bit dedicated server that combines the LANtastic
network operating system's ease of use with the power of Novell's NetWare
4 network operating system. Artisoft sales representatives, engineers and
technology trainers will lead the sessions, which run from 10 a.m. to 3:30
p.m.

Participants will get an overview of Artisoft, market positioning of the
CorStream server and an explanation of its features. There will also be a
demonstration of the server's installation and configuration as well as
question-and-answer sessions.

Attendees will receive a free CorStream installation student kit, a free
five-user version of the CorStream server (valued at $949 MSRP), a rebate
of $50 - $350 on the purchase of additional CorStream servers, technical
server specifications, a media kit, and the opportunity to win door
prizes. Lunch is included in the training cost.

Interested resellers may contact Artisoft at 800/809-1255 for the complete
schedule of cities and to pre-register for the training.
