Lawrence Productions Presents Trolls, Dragons, and English Mechanics

-- Language Arts Adventure Game That Improves English Mechanic Abilities
--

GALESBURG, MI -- May 23, 1994 -- Lawrence Productions, publisher of The
Lost Tribe, Nigel's World, and The McGee Series, announces the immediate
release of its latest software creation, Trolls, Dragons, and English
Mechanics. This adventure game helps children nine years old and older to
improve "English Mechanics" abilities, such as, punctuation, noun-verb
agreement, analogies, and more. Distributed by Davidson & Associates,
English Mechanics is now available for MS-DOS computers at most major
software stores for the suggested retail price of $59.95.

Enchanting Fun

Due to the clumsiness of Percy and Clive--two lovable, bumbling English
Mechanics-you are transported to a land of giants, ogres, and
fire-breathing dragons. In order to get back to your known time and place,
you need to travel through five wealds to collect gems to pay the troll's
toll, unscramble passwords, and choose the right route for freedom.
Successful travel depends on critical thinking skills and strategic
abilities.

Reading Comprehension, Language Usage, and Continuous Challenge

Recommended for home and classroom use, English Mechanics improves reading
comprehension as grammar puzzles are presented in context. All responses,
both right and wrong, are acknowledged. With 2 levels of difficultly,
English Mechanics meets the developmental language needs of most students.
With 600 puzzles from 6 components of English grammar, English Mechanics
is a game that makes learning grammar interesting and fun.

Pricing, Availability, and System Requirements
