MMA Announces New Opportunity for Vendors

The National Microcomputer Managers Association recently announced its
"Industry Partner" program. According to MMA President Leonard Steinbach,
the program is designed to promote the flow of information, ideas and
opinions between information technology professionals and the vendor
community. Bruce Freeman, MMA "Industry Partner" coordinator, is looking
for companies interested in establishing a dialog with corporate
technology managers.

Included in this new service is the use of MMA's Mentor newsletter, through
which members can communicate; mailings by MMA to its membership, special
meetings with select MMA members for discussion and input, and
acknowledgement in all published material thanking them for their
support.

Landmark Research International Corp. of Clearwater, FL (publishers of
WINProbe, SCSI Certify and the Landmark Speed Tests) recently joined the
MMA "Industry Partner" program. "Working with the MMA," says Landmark Vice
President of Sales and Marketing Michael Siewruk, "gives us the needed
expertise and input from corporate technology managers to develop the best
possible business computing solutions."

The MMA is a 12-year-old not-for-profit educational and professional
organization; its 1,000 members are information technology professionals
responsible for or influential in setting standards, strategic planning
and purchasing policies of their organizations. Regular MMA meeting
programs are held at seven national chapters: Dallas/Ft. Worth, Denver,
Portland, Washington, DC area, Los Angeles, New England (Boston) and New
York.
