Morph's Outpost on the Digital Frontier Presents Art Teco '94
First Annual United Developers Summit

BEVERLY HILLS, CA--FEBRUARY 7, 1994--Multimedia developers will converge on
San Francisco's South-of-Market district for Art Teco '94, a conference
presented by Morph's Outpost on the Digital Frontier, the technical
publication for multimedia pioneers. The three day event will bring
together some of the biggest names in the multimedia industry and will
feature seminars, panel sessions, and hands-on interactive labs. Art Teco
'94 will take place June 16,17, & 18 at Cyberlab 7 in San Francisco.

Art Teco '94 will focus on the technical aspects of Interactive
development, from Interactive Storytelling to Cross-Platform Authoring
Tools. Breakout sessions will include discussions about such topics as
Interactive Television, How to Choose an Authoring System, and Interface
Design. Attendees will interact with industry leaders on such issues as
Interactive Learning Environments for Corporations and Government,
Building Strategic Alliances, Distribution Strategies, and other topics
related to the growth of multimedia.

Cyberlab 7, a multimedia studio and ambient salon, is the brainchild of Dan
Mapes, who produced the graphics and special effects for Peter Gabriel's
WOMAD tour. Art Teco '94 will be the inaugural event for Cyberlab 7.

"We wanted to hold a conference that would combine all of the best aspects

applications. The "Temporary Ambient Zone," first presented by Morph's
Outpost at SIGGRAPH '93, will be part of the after-hours entertainment.
