TCNbP Company Announces Version 2.0 Release of their CONSTITUTION Notebook
Program

The TCN program is a Constitutional study aid for the independent minded PC
user. Version 2.0 and later feature a fully implemented GUI; i.e., mouse
support, pull down menus, buttons, list boxes, etc.

The first time you start the TCN program, it introduces itself to you and
offers to run an on-screen get acquainted tutorial.

The trial version features interactive search and indexing capabilities.
You get a very faithful rendition of the text of the complete United
States Constitution through the 27th amendment which includes the
Ratification Resolution as well as the Resolution proposing the Bill of
Rights.

Also included are the complete texts of the Magna Carta, the English Bill
of Rights, the Declaration of Independence, the French Bill of Rights, and
the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The text of each of these
documents is presented on a paragraph-by-paragraph basis with comments
comparing and contrasting related sections of the United States
Constitution or other documents. The TCN program is the tool used to
generate this commentary. You can edit provided commentary at will.

You can print out commentary or save in an ASCII file on disk for
embellishment using your word processor.

You can create new headings to comment on topics not addressed in the
commentary provided with the trial version.

HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

In order to install the TCN program on your computer and successfully run
it, you need:

MS-DOS compatible operating system 
1 meg of hard drive space (more is better) 
640 K RAM (minimum) 
500 K of conventional(!) RAM available at DOS prompt. 
     (more is better) 
Color VGA and mouse is nice, 
     but TCN can be operated with neither.
