Froggman Software Takes Proactive Stance Against Declining Amphibian
Population

Entertainment software publisher to donate a portion of the proceeds of its
games to The Herpetologists' League

CORAL GABLES, FLORIDA (November 23, 1993) - Froggman Software has announced
that it will donate a percentage of the proceeds from the sale of each of
its games to The Herpetologists' League. The monies will be used to
promote the study and conservation of amphibians and reptiles worldwide
which are quickly becoming an endangered species.

"While the ultimate purpose of our games is to provide a user with a
diversion from the day to day pressures of life, we also want to send out
an important message. The current situation with the amphibian population
decline needs more attention," said Sue Currier, president of Froggman
Software, Inc. "Amphibians are one of the heartiest species on earth and
they are disappearing. It is this reason why we are taking the lead in
solving this problem and hope more and more people jump on the
bandwagon."

The Herpetologists' League is an international organization dedicated to
furthering knowledge on the biology of amphibians and reptiles. Over 1,500
members strong, the league was designed to promote the study and
conservation of amphibians and reptiles throughout the world.

"It is encouraging to see a company (Froggman Software) recognize that
increasing our knowledge base about the declining number of amphibians is
the necessary first step in protecting these species. The support from
Froggman Software will allow us to further the acquisition and
dissemination of knowledge." said Edmund D. Brodie, Jr., president of The
Herpetologists' League.

From Boracea, Brazil to Adelaide, Australia; and even the Rocky Mountains
of Colorado and Wyoming, frogs and other amphibians are on the verge of
becoming an extinct species. Acid rain, the deterioration of the ozone
layer, rare adverse weather conditions in certain locations and the
destruction of natural habitats are just a few of the theories on why
there is a sudden decrease in the amphibian population.

But there is still no clear-cut solution and without adequate research,
there will be no end in sight for the demise of the amphibian. Currently,
almost one third of the 86 species of frogs in North America appear to be
headed towards possible extinction. Since Frogs are disappearing from the
most remote places on earth, there is also a fear that the frog's troubles
are a reflection on the sad state of the entire environment.

"We believe Froggman Software can make a difference in the war against the
worldwide amphibian population decline," said Currier. "Besides our
obvious intention to help The Herpetologists' League financially, we are
also committed to communicating the endangered species message in each of
our product boxes."
