CYBERPUPPY KID'S STUDIO PROGRAM WORKS WITH KODAK PHOTO CD IMAGES

ROCHESTER, N.Y., Nov. 30--Children can use their own photographs to create
on-screen picture stories with the Kodak Photo CD system and Kid's Studio,
a new multimedia software product from CyberPuppy Software Inc., available
now in the U.S. and Canada.

The easy-to-use software, compatible with Macintosh computers, offers young
users the ability to create their own full-screen slide shows, Apple
QuickTime movies, and printed stories that include paint, text, sound they
can record themselves, and special effects.

Kid's Studio includes Cookie-Cutter Technology -- special cut-and-paste
tools in 20 shapes kids can recognize, including a star, butterfly, and
right and left hands. The shapes can be integrated with other on-screen
pictures, including Photo CD images.

Users can choose from a variety of stock art contained in the program's
Treasure Chest library of more than 250 images. They also can incorporate
other pictures, including their own 35 mm photographs scanned onto Photo
CD discs.

Kid's Studio users can access Photo CD images directly, without additional
software. They need only a compatible CD-ROM drive, like the AppleCD 300
or Apple PowerCD drives.

"Children love being able to take their own pictures and look at them
later," said Dr. Brendan J. Lovelock, manager, Commercial CD Imaging, U.S.
and Canada Region. "By giving them a way to use their photographs
on-screen, and combine them with text, sound, and drawing, we're opening
up a whole new world of education and entertainment for kids. They simply
need to run the Kid's Studio software with their Photo CD discs, and fire
up their imaginations."

The Photo CD System

The Kodak Photo CD system lets people take conventional 35 mm photographs,
and have the film images scanned onto compact discs at their
photofinisher. They then can incorporate their images in computing
applications, using a compatible CD-ROM XA drive and appropriate software,
such as Kid's Studio, or can display them on television using a Photo CD,
PowerCD, 3DO/Panasonic R.E.A.L., or CD-I player (which also play audio
CDs).

"Easy access to Photo CD images is a key feature of the Kid's Studio
program for children. Because any photograph can be placed on a Photo CD
disc, it really is the ultimate in image resources," said Neill Kramer,
CyberPuppy president.

"The program is very easy to use, and yet highly flexible," Kramer
concluded. "Kid's Studio software brings fun and exciting digital design
capabilities to children of all ages."

Kid's Studio software was introduced last month, and is distributed by
Maxis, the developer of SimCity and other award-winning simulation games.
