You have completed the installation of C&D Programming Corp.'s
CacheAll(tm), The Cache of the 90's!(tm) CacheAll's DOS and Microsoft
Windows interface utility, CUtil, has also been installed.

        - The file 'MANUAL.TXT' contains a reduced version of the Users Guide.

        - To obtain a printed copy of this manual simply use DOS's PRINT
function to print 'MANUAL.TXT' to your favorite printer.

        - This evaluation version is not crippled in any way, only time limited.
            1) Operation beyond November 30, 1993 is NOT possible. You may
download the latest evaluation version of CacheAll from C&D's BBS
               at 516-434-8712.
            2) This evaluation version will only operate for 1 hour at a time.
After 1 hour you will hear 2 tones indicating that CacheAll has
disabled itself. To evaluate CacheAll for another hour simply
reboot your computer and rerun CacheAll.

                                      -- NOTE --
                           For maximum CacheAll performance
Buffers must be set to a minimum of 30 in CONFIG.SYS!

Briefly: What's new in version 1.0h,

       1) CUtil LIST command which lists files within cache & their statistics
               - Now supported under Microsoft Windows

       2) CUtil under Microsoft Windows now allows changing CacheAll's
parameters in real time! Changes take effect immediately while in
Windows, no need to reboot or quit Windows!

       3) A new option called READAHEAD has been added to CacheAll. This option
is of particular interest to users multitasking CD-ROM drives (or
other relatively slow storage devices), such as BBS owners. This
feature allows CacheAll to readahead from 2 kilobytes to as much as 2
Megabytes and supports unique settings for each of your drives!

       4) A colon, ':', may be used to replace an equal sign, '=', for CUtil and
CacheAll to specify command line options and also in .OPT files.

       5) Even more efficient UMB (Upper Memory Block) usage. EMS is no longer
needed to optimize CacheAll's memory usage.

       6) Full compatibility with DOS 6.0 and DoubleSpace.

       7) Full compatibility with Desqview
