     *CMPQwk 1.4 11khz sound files*

These sound files were created for users who do not
have a sound board, or who have an older sound board,
or a slow system that does not have sufficient CPU
horsepower to play 22khz samples.

The sound quality of these samples is not as good as the
original 22khz samples.

These WAV files are all 11khz mono exported from the
original 22khz released files (which were themselves
exported from 44khz stereo recordings for maximum
fidelity). The decrease in fidelity and increase in
noise is normal for this process.

If they are too quiet for your system, use Sound Recorder
to boost their volume. Doing so will also make the
degradation more noticeable, too.
