Oftentimes however, the bigger the institution, the more uninspired and out-of-date the training. That is the reason devoted, private-sector consultant/trainers constitute the core of our Priesthood. Small deeds done are better than great deeds planned! We are able to move faster and more boldly than anyone else, and we are not constrained, nor even influenced, by inane political agendas, nor internal squabbling, nor sterile, irrelevant competitions. We have the honor of Leading the Way! For one, I prefer eccentricity, driven by a passionate pursuit of excellence, over mediocrity, driven by a banal pursuit of money.
