Handgun-Mounted Lights: Dave Spaulding touts handgun-mounted lights in 
this article. (Consider that if the only light you use is mounted on 
your firearm, you are forced to search with the muzzle, a violation of 
Rule Two. Look at the photo of the weapon-mounted light illuminating the 
doorknob - in real life, the user would have just destroyed his night 
vision by reflecting a bright light off a nearby surface. Light should 
be used very selectively if you are in the dark; opening that door with 
the light still on is probably not the best tactic, nor is doing so with 
no more night vision.)
