Write a web scrapper and use discord web hooks

I self-hosted for a while using
[MonitoRSS](https://github.com/synzen/MonitoRSS), but now I just pay
$35 a year for [ReadyBot](https://readybot.io/), cheaper than paying
for a VM to run it for a year.

It's probably a WordPress site. They have a RSS feed:

Why don't you just just get a RSS feed reader?

In any case
