You should add to hetzner that you are always a hair strand thickness
away from getting locked out by hetzner, always.

They will find imaginary MAC-addresses and then force YOU to prove you
dont use those addresses.. or as they want. a essay where you sit like
a moron promiss you wont use "unallowed" MAC-addresses they fantasize
up.

1. Hetzner Offer 5 months free for the posted server CAX11. also you
can share a refferal link to get 10 euro for each invite which will
gives you extra 3 months on each invite you made. so basically
ultimate free vps.
2. Contabo Charge you "SeTuP fEeS" for ordering a VPS 😁 (I highly
don't recommand contabo for many reasons, but mentioned them because
they're cheap, but not best. a lot of ddos a lot of attacking to
server ports and 200mbit internet speed).
3. Netcup wins on storages, they're 4-5 double than hetzner, but
they're doing a lot of things manually. and i use only 2 servers with
them. all my other servers with hetzner in two types dedicated and
vps.

Why not contabo? I am also a better user since 15 years, but noticed
some of their vps are cheaper (specific configuration only)

I've never used their VPS but the popular consensus on multiple
hosting forums is that their nodes are very oversold, with slow disks
and network.

I think I agree with those assessments, since I do use a shared
hosting service hosted at Contabo (by another reseller). Normally from
my city to Singapore I get 30-40ms ping, but with Contabo servers it's
consistently 250+, which is ridiculous. That's higher than the ping to
Hetzner FSN (180-200ms), which is in Germany, not Singapore which is
basically right next door to me.

i had a contabo vps but suddenly the ping and routing from my german
isp was horrible and not useable anymore. i changed all my services to
netcup and speed is perfect since day 1. i change with my e-mail to
netcup too.
