How to host frontend of Linux VM to your website?

I'm trying to host my Linux LXC container running Retropie on my
website. How do I get the frontend hosted on there? I'm running
proxmox and nginx proxy manager.

point the reverse proxy to the server IP and port? is this website
also hosted internally behind this proxy?

can you provide a graphic of how everything is connected?

does retropi offer a website to offer up on said website?

Take a look to EmulatorJS. I think that will make your life easier for
this.
