Is there some app for running that doesn’t needs to create and account
and allow me to sync with a self hosted service?

I like the statistics of “Adidas running” and the function of sharing
a screenshot or photo with a resume of my running, but it will be
replaced and I don’t care to maintain another social network.

I use OpenTracks, which files you technically could use for syncing
with a server and so on, but the app is far from polished and has
many bugs and the server side is more of a possible idea, that isn't
really fleshed out
