Do you already have the hardware? if yes than it is good aside from
the single boot drive (buy 2, put them in raid1), if not, I think it
is a little overkill to put DDR5 in a server (I would buy 128GB DDR4
instead of 64GB DDR5, but if you buy DDR4, you will have to change
your mobo), the 850W PSU is also overkill.

No, I haven't bought any of it yet.

RAID 1 for the boot drives sounds like a good idea. I might add that.

You think the extra storage is a good tradeoff for lower speeds? I
thought 64GB was already a bit overkill.

I was taught a long time ago to go for a PSU capable of at least
double the max draw of your system. Is this outdated information?
