Can't load homelab stuff from my AT&T hotspot?

I'm *sure* there is someone else that suffered this issue and has
resolved it...

When I am on any wifi network that is from a standard ISP, I can use
my Wireguard tunnel to access my home network just fine. If I try to
use my AT&T hotspot, I cannot. I can load my DNS server (AdGuard Home)
just fine, but that is *literally* it. Nothing else from my home
network will load.

A colleague has this same issue and has not been able to figure out
why. Is there some proxy that AT&T uses that breaks stuff? Is there a
way to fix it?
