Web VPN Options? reddit / selfhosted ---------------------------------------------------------------------- MrGudgeon · 2023-12-27 03:10 Hi all, I’m not wanting to expose all my services to the internet, but still would like to be able to log in from a browser if possible. I was wanting to see if there are any options to be able to log in from a browser, then that goes to a dashboard that only has specific apps available? Then have that authentication behind something like Google MFA. I know just using a VPN is the most secure, but would like to have to option to pull up the connection from a browser without having to install a VPN client. Is there a clientless self hosted VPN option as well? Thanks! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Square_Lawfulness_33 · 2023-12-27 04:33 Nginx proxy manager ---------------------------------------------------------------------- adamshand · 2023-12-27 06:02 If you want to do authentication via google then you need to use something like Authelia, [Caddy Security](https://github.com/greenpau/caddy-security) or Authentik. If you are happy to rely on basic auth or the applications own internal authentication, then you can do this with any reverse proxy.
