I'm a TA for a University CS course and am looking for a product (e.g.
a WebApp or Plugin) that can assist me in organizing my students'
queuing experience during office hours. I often find myself
overwhelmed in managing the flow of students waiting to get their
questions answered, unable to efficiently and easily serve all my
students, leading to frustration among them and myself.

Do let me know if you've come across or know of any such product.

Ask your IT to set up “outlooks book time with me feature”. It’s
exactly what you’re looking for.

GSuite has a similar feature if that's what your institution is using.

You could use https://github.com/LibreBooking/app for this.

- set up yourself as the resource, with your available time slots.
- then students can do bookings.

It is an opensource version of BookedScheduler. You can see a demo
