Im searching for a cloud service that accept prepaid cards and has a
free Trial (i really wanted to try Google cloud or azure but i cant
because they dont accept prepaid cards)

That has vps Windows instances and has gpu instance with a Good amount
of vcpu like 6-8

Reputable ones don’t allow it because they don’t want a reputation of
being a safe haven for black hatters. Also, if you start provisioning
things that cost money, they want to be able to charge you. I’m not
aware of any that fit your criteria.
